The Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRC) is a theologically moderate, Protestant Christian denomination. The Christian Reformed Church was founded in 1857 by Dutch immigrants in Michigan who left the Reformed Church in America. In 2000 there were approximately 202,000 members with 724 churches in the United States. The denomination also has congregations in Canada.
The Christian Reformed Church participation in the FACT2000 project included a survey of all 724 of their congregations in the United States. A total of 515 questionnaires were returned for a 71.1 percent response rate. View a version of the questionnaire used by the CRC.
