The Orthodox Church Faith Communities Today participation was a joint effort by multiple Orthodox groups coordinated by the Standing Conference of the Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas including:

- Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America
- Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Diocese of the USA and Canada
- Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese of the USA
- Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America
- Orthodox Church in America
- Romanian Orthodox Archdiocese in the Americas
- Serbian Orthodox Church in the USA
- Ukranian Orthodox Church
The joint Orthodox participation in the FACT 2000 project included a survey of churches randomly chosen from a listing of Orthodox congregations in the United States. A total of 346 questionnaires were returned. View the version of the questionnaire used by the Orthodox Church.
